About Ailish Egan Guidance

Ailish Egan is a qualified Guidance Counsellor with over 15 years of experience in the post-primary sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Guidance Counselling and Lifespan Development from the University of Limerick and has extensive experience supporting young people at key decision-making stages in their lives.

Ailish places a strong emphasis on practical, realistic career guidance, providing clear suggestions and solutions informed by current labour market information. She helps students connect their interests, skills, strengths, and values with meaningful educational and career pathways.
